The MOLLY Center for Children with Diabetes and Endocrine Disorders at Hackensack University Medical Center provides patients and families with the most up-to-date treatment options and the best methods of diabetes management for children. Services include nutritional counseling, diabetes education for individuals and groups, psychosocial assessments, community outreach programs, individual and family counseling aimed at enhancing, coping and adaptation, creative arts support groups for children, and parent support groups



The New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians (NJAFP) is the largest primary care medical society in the state. For over 50 years, NJAFP has been working on behalf of family physicians and their patients. The organization has over 2,000 members, including active primary care physicians, residents in family medicine and medical students. NJAFP is a chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

The mission of NJAFP is to promote excellence in the standards and practice of family medicine. The New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians:
