Jasper Chaffin dedicates his energies to multiple industry initiatives including the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology and the Nationwide Health Information Network. As President of MDclick, he has a deep understanding of the multiple challenges the healthcare industry is facing as political climates change and governmental regulations evolve. Mr. Chaffin is dedicated to developing unique, quality interoperable interfaces that comply with strict regulatory standards, while delivering substantial financial and clinical results to MDclick clients.  

Jasper began his career at in New York City at Bear Stearns as an Internal Runner in 1974 and over his 30 year tenure, was promoted to Managing Director of Information Technology. He was instrumental in the growth and development of the IT Division relating to Financial Services at Bear Stearns.

Along with an extensive background in information technology, he is a Licensed Financial Advisor and earned degrees from ECPI, New York Institute of Finance and New York University. Additionally, Mr. Chaffin is a member of the Harlem, Hackensack and US Divisions of the Chamber of Commerce.



Dr. Thomas Bellavia has been an advisor to both the state of New Jersey and federal governments on health care issues and was recently invited to serve on the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services Chronic Disease Task Force. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Correctional Medicine, Senior Attending in the Department of Family Practice; Attending in the Department of Medicine, and Associate Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey..

In addition to his role as Vice President and Senior Medical Director of MDclick, Dr. Bellavia is a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Academy of Family Practice and its Foundation, the Bergen County Medical Society of New Jersey, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Practice, as well as many other organizations with philanthropic missions. Dr. Bellavia created Heights Medical Associates in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ where he presently sees patients.



Matt Domogala has been involved in enterprises in United States and Europe for the last eight years.  He gained extensive experience in the new media industry and Internet environment while running an ethnic cultural magazine “KECZ UP!” in New York City and being a co-owner of polishclassifieds.com called a “Polish craigslist.”

Matt has a strong passion not only to gain business experience but also to share it with others. He is known for his energetic and inspiring speeches delivered to companies, universities and different organizations. Yale University, Columbia University and the Wharton Business School are among the institutions at which he has made presentations.  

Matt completed his law degree at Silesia University in 1999 and his MBA degree in Marketing and Management from Pace University in NY in 2003.
